Ashley Silva has joined the Community Foundation of the Ozarks as its Director of Regional Advancement and Operations.
Silva is a native of Springfield and attended Oklahoma State University, earning a B.A. in Journalism & Broadcasting/Public Relations. She joins the CFO from The Dallas Foundation in Dallas, Texas, where she spent 10 years working in various roles in the community foundation world, corporate philanthropy and as a fundraising professional.
In her role at the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Silva is responsible for providing operational support to all 49 affiliate foundations and personalized management support to 12 affiliate foundations.

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks is a regional public charitable foundation with a service area covering 58 counties south of the Missouri River. The CFO includes a network of 49 regional affiliate foundations. Silva’s hiring completes the CFO’s regional advancement team, which includes staff in Cape Girardeau and West Plains.
