Community Impact Manager

The Community Foundation of the Ozarks seeks a Community Impact Manager to manage grantmaking and impact programs in the Community Impact department in alignment with the CFO’s mission, vision and values. This position manages benevolence funds, the fiscal sponsor fund program, inclusion grantmaking and Agency Action sponsorships.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistants are the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the organization. Two part-time Administrative Assistants will share front desk responsibilities in an alternating weekly schedule. The two receptionists will coordinate to provide seamless front desk coverage. All activities will be aligned with CFO’s mission, vision and values.

Applicants based in the Perry County area are preferred. Moderate local travel is required, along with periodic travel to the Springfield office. Attendance at meetings and events required, as needed, in the evenings and on weekends.
