Director of Regional Advancement and Operations
Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) is seeking Director of Regional Advancement and Operations to direct advancement and operational activities and coordinate regional development activities in alignment with Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ mission, vision, and values.
Community Foundation of the Ozarks is a public foundation serving communities throughout southern Missouri. CFO is dedicated to working with its donors, nonprofit partners, and affiliated community foundations to enhance the quality of life in southern Missouri through resource development, community grantmaking, collaboration, and public leadership. Founded in 1973, CFO has since grown to include 49 affiliate community foundations and more than 3,000 charitable funds.
The Director of Regional Advancement and Operations will work out of our office in Springfield and report to the Vice President of Regional Advancement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop strong relationships with affiliate foundations, nonprofit agency partners, and donors; understanding of philanthropy in rural communities; willingness and ability to provide operational support, and willingness and ability to travel throughout the Region.
This position includes a competitive benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance as well as the option to participate in a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan. Ten paid holidays are provided along with Vacation and Sick Leave.
