Regional Youth Empowerment Project

 

Community Foundation of the Ozarks is committed to assisting in the creation and development of Youth Empowerment Projects in the rural Ozarks region.

A Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) serves a special purpose.  YEP groups raise funds and grant those funds back out into the community through worthy youth-oriented programs.  YEP students also find ways to become involved in their community through volunteerism and service to those in need.  The importance of YEP is exemplified in each student’s understanding of philanthropy in his or her local community.
