Central Region Manager
Community Foundation of the Ozarks (CFO) is seeking a Central Region Manager to manage advancement activities in the Southcentral Missouri Region and coordinate all regional development activities in alignment with Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ mission, vision, and values.
The Central Region Manager will report to the Vice President of Affiliates and is responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with current and potential donors, corporate/business sponsors and nonprofit agency partners. This individual will work closely with affiliate foundations to build board capacity and carry out strategic goals; and promote best practices in annual, major and planned giving programs to meet fundraising goals.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop strong relationships with affiliate foundations, agency partners, and donors; understanding of philanthropy related to non-profit organizations; excellent communication skills; willingness and ability to travel to Affiliate and agency partner locations and event sites.

Community Foundation of the Ozarks is a public foundation serving Ozarks communities in Missouri. CFO is dedicated to working with its donors, nonprofit partners, and affiliated community foundations to enhance the quality of life in southern Missouri through resource development, community grantmaking, collaboration, and public leadership. Founded in 1973, CFO has since grown to include 49 affiliate community foundations and more than 3,000 charitable funds.
