Anyone who is trying to use our Donor Central system for account information and balances may experience some technical difficulties. The third party that runs Donor Central updated the system, which will improve the program but has resulted in some technical issues, particularly for users of Internet Explorer 8.
Even if you use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, newer versions of Internet Explorer) you’ll need to clear your cache in order to use Donor Central at this time. Here are online instructions for doing so in Chrome and Firefox.)
