Professional Advisors Benefit from Uniform Trust Code Session

In an effort to provide maximum benefits for its Professional Advisors Council members as well as local non-PAC financial professionals, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks periodically hosts continuing education seminars, which count toward a professional wealth advisor’s required hours of additional learning.

The latest such session was Friday, June 1, when Scot W. Boulton of Polsinelli Shughart PC, in St. Louis, brought more than 40 attendees up to speed on the subject of Charitable Trusts Under the Missouri Uniform Trust Code. The session discussed, in detail, how Missouri’s trust code varies from the Uniform Trust Code, and how it specifically applies to charitable trusts and distributions.

The sessions are free to all CFO’s PAC members. For more information on how to become a member of the Professional Advisors Council at CFO, please click here for a downloadable form and a list of affiliated advisors.
