Affiliate Grantmaking Program Documents and Materials
The Affiliate grant documents are presented in the virtual office as templates. Each affiliate conducts its own grant process and this varies from affiliate to affiliate. These documents are for you to adapt and use to best meet your local needs. The spreadsheet is the information needed by CFO staff to process your grants once the recipients have been identified. All documents are in MS Word format unless otherwise noted.

Additionally, the CFO has designed a simple logo for your foundation to use for printed materials, websites and social media, and other needs. If you have your own logo, that is more than okay, but please feel free contact Matt Lemmon at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a .jpg or .eps copy of your logo.
