The Community Foundation of the Ozarks awarded $10,000 to non-profit partners for the annual endowment-building grants designed to help non-profits secure their financial future.
This year’s recipients are:
- Community Support Services of Missouri in Joplin, a component of the Community Foundation of Southwest Missouri, received $1,000 for marketing materials.
- The Family Violence Center, Springfield, received $1,000 for an event and materials to raise awareness of its programs.
- Fordland Clinic, a component of the Greater Seymour Community Foundation, received $800 for marketing materials.
- GYN Cancers Alliance, Springfield, received $1,000 to develop an informational piece outlining its planned-giving opportunities.
- Isabel’s House Crisis Nursery of the Ozarks received $900 for a series of fundraising luncheons and marketing material to raise potential donor awareness.
- Korth Senior Center, a component of the Stockton Community Foundation, received $1,000 for marketing and direct-mail materials.
- The LifeHouse Crisis Maternity Home, Springfield, received $1,000 to develop a web site and brochure.
- Nixa Education Foundation, a component of the Nixa Community Foundation, received $800 for marketing materials.
- Ozarks Counseling Center, Springfield, received $1,000 to develop informational materials to increase its endowment fund.
- Reeds Spring School Foundation, a component of the Table Rock Lake Community Foundation, received $500 for marketing materials.
- Texas County Memorial Hospital Healthcare Foundation, a component of the Houston Community Foundation, received $1,000 to create a marketing brochure.
