And everyone got to listen to the humorous and unconventional tale of Springfield retailer Bryan Simpson’s route to opening his two 5 Pound Apparel locations that contribute a portion of sales to support nonprofit work locally and internationally.
Agency partners who joined the CFO in FY14 or opened new funds were recognized with Oreo bark and truffles from Elle’s Patisserie.
In announcing the next phase of the Ozarks Empowerment Project, Executive Vice President Julie Leeth said the CFO will again offer The Learning Community, a 10-month training program for nonprofit leaders under the tutelage of national executive trainer Dr. Cal LeMon.
