Latesa Carter

Latesa is from Willard with roots in Texas and Dent counties. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Drury University and a master’s from Vanderbilt University. She enjoys volunteering with the Daughters of the American Revolution, cooking, playing board games, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, family and cocker spaniel.
